This Router Bit is especially designed to make glue joints for large panels. If you are currently using a butt joint, biscuit, or dowel method to produce large panels you may be pleasantly surprised with the accuracy and ease of use with this bit.

This bit will not produce dark lines characteristic of standard finger joints. May be used with softwood, hardwood, or composites but must be used with a table mounted router. Router Bit does not require perfect positioning (centering) in the wood. Make your first cut then raise or lower the bit 3/32” for the second cut to make a perfect matting panel.

Make sample pieces to insure a perfectly aligned panel. With a little practice you will be producing quality joints.

A perfect addition to your woodworking Router Bit collection!
